What the group owns and operates

Brogen Macy International owns premium domain names, runs AI-driven platforms on them, licenses brands and technology to regulated businesses, and is building the infrastructure to tokenise its assets. This is how the parts fit together.

How the portfolio is organised

The portfolio has one foundation and five businesses built on it. The foundation is the group's holding of premium domain names. On that foundation sit a travel network, a set of brands licensed to the claims sector, a consumer group-buying platform, an AI and platform company, and a tokenisation initiative. The platforms and infrastructure page describes the engine they share.

The pattern is consistent. The group owns the asset, builds the technology around it and either operates it or licenses it. The aim of YourBank.app is to give those assets a form that can be recorded, held and transferred as the group's own digital asset infrastructure matures.

The five businesses

Visit Travel Group is the travel network, with 392 Visit and destination brands and AI concierges for hotels, tourist boards, airlines and travel agencies. The claims sector programme licenses YourSolicitor.com and YourSolicitor.co.uk to regulated businesses, together with the platform technology that guides consumers. WeSaveYouSave.com is the consumer group-buying platform, led by an AI agent. Costello Global Technology is the AI and platform company that builds and runs much of this. And YourBank.app is the group's tokenisation initiative, in development.

How the businesses reinforce each other

The same engineering runs through all of them. A concierge that answers a traveller's question about a destination from sourced material uses the same approach as a guide that answers a consumer's question about a claim. A name that gives a destination a clear address gives a legal brand a clear address too. And every one of these assets is a candidate for the group's tokenisation programme, which looks first at the names and platforms the group already controls.

How the portfolio grows

The portfolio grows in two ways. The group develops what it owns, adding platforms and licences to its names. And it makes strategic investments and acquisitions in services and industries that add value to the group, with the UAE regulatory landscape as a first consideration. The history of the team is the background to both.
