YourBank.app: infrastructure for holding and transferring digital assets

What YourBank.app is
YourBank.app is the digital asset infrastructure initiative of Brogen Macy International, a privately held digital asset holding group based in Dubai. It is the foundation for the group's plan to bring the assets it owns on-chain, so that ownership can be recorded, held and transferred with the discipline expected of any other asset class.
YourBank.app is in development. No regulated services are offered through it, and nothing on this page is an offer of securities or investment advice.
Why the name does not make it a bank
The name describes an ambition, not a licence. YourBank.app is not a bank and does not take deposits. Regulators commonly restrict the use of the word bank, so the name will be reviewed with legal advisers before any public launch, and the product will be described by what it does: the tokenisation and custody of digital assets.
The problem it addresses
Most digital property is held in ways that are hard to evidence and hard to move. A premium domain name is a registration record held through a registrar. It can be sold, but only as a whole, and only through a process that is slow, bilateral and difficult to price. It cannot easily be shared among several owners, offered as security or reported on like a listed holding.
The same is true of an operating platform. Its value sits in code, content, traffic and customer relationships, none of which has a standard digital form of ownership. Tokenisation offers a way to represent rights in such assets as digital records, with rules about who can hold them and how they can move. The aim of YourBank.app is to provide that representation properly, with a legal structure behind each asset, a clear record of who holds what, and controls that match the rules of the jurisdiction it works in.
How the model is designed to work
The design follows five stages, and each one has to be satisfied before an asset moves to the next.
- Selection and legal structuring. An asset is chosen and placed in a legal vehicle, so that a token represents a defined right and not an informal promise.
- Valuation and documentation. The asset is independently valued, and its title, history and risks are documented.
- Issuance. Tokens are created under rules that set who may hold them, how many exist and what rights they carry.
- Custody. Tokens and the underlying asset are held with controls on access, recovery and transfer.
- Transfer and reporting. Holders can transfer tokens within the rules, and the record of ownership is available for reporting and audit.
Why structure comes first
A token is only as good as the right it represents and the controls around it. Tokenisation fails when the legal and operational layers are an afterthought, so the group is treating structure and compliance as the first workstreams, ahead of any public product.
The first assets
YourBank.app starts with what the group already owns. That begins with the domain name portfolio, a large set of premium names the group holds and develops into operating sites. It extends to the platforms built on them, including the Visit Travel Group destination network and the brands licensed to the claims sector. The wider portfolio shows how these fit together.
Using the group's own assets as the first cases has a practical advantage. Title is known, the documentation is in house, and the group carries the risk of any early lessons itself and does not pass it to others. It also gives the programme a real operating record to point to if it later considers assets from other owners.
The regulatory frame in the UAE
The UAE has several regulators for digital assets, and the right one depends on where an activity takes place. In Dubai, outside the financial free zone, the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, VARA, regulates virtual assets under Dubai Law No. 4 of 2022, and its 2023 regulations set the licensing rules for service providers. In general, issuing a virtual asset in Dubai requires VARA approval. The Dubai and UAE guide explains how ADGM and DIFC differ.
Abu Dhabi Global Market has regulated virtual assets since 2018 and treats tokenised securities as digital securities. The Dubai International Financial Centre enacted its Digital Assets Law in March 2024, and its regulator updated its crypto token rules from 12 January 2026. YourBank.app is being designed with reference to all three regimes, and the route for each asset will follow legal advice. The group will offer any regulated activity only once the authorisation for it is in place.
Where it stands
YourBank.app is at the design and structuring stage. The group is privately held, so it sets its own pace and publishes no launch dates. As the work progresses this page will record what has been built, which assets are in scope and which regulatory route has been chosen. The group's investment and acquisition strategy includes backing services that strengthen this infrastructure, and the team behind the group has a long record of building platforms and taking them to market.
